More Needles!!!

I obtained two new needles yesterday. Addi Natura’s in 40" length, US#2 & US#4 for the body. Addi doesn’t make a circular in 2.75mm (which is what I’m doing sleeve stockinette in). This might be a problem - as I don’t think I have a 2.75mm in another long circular needle either.
I got my (new) laptop back from the shop. They say the processor was bad. Hopefully that’s what was really wrong and it won’t do any more random crashes on me from now on. Of course, they were so "helpful" and installed a bunch of networking utilities that I neither 1) wanted or 2) asked for. So I had to reconfigure things - and sorry to my neighbor, whoever you are, whose wireless network that I connected to a few times before I got it connecting to my own (Serves them right for not enabling ANY security at all!)
So what have I been working on the past few days? Well, mainly my Friday harbor socks:
And here’s a better shot of the SIP. I’m just going to start the heel flap on this one.
The first sock is "done’, but I was a little over eager on the heel flap, so it’s a bit big in the gusset area. I’m going to do the second sock flap the correct length, finish it - then try them on and see if my feet care about the difference in sizes. I’m hoping my feet say "ooh they feel fine!" because I really don’t want to rip back the first sock to the flap :)
