I spent some time today modifying my blog, adding categories on posts. Supposedly you can now see the whole Hardangervidda saga here.
I’ve only been blogging since March of this year, but still felt like I was going back through memory lane when I looked at each post to put it in a category. Socks is going to be the biggest one of all. I’ll have to consider whether or not that is useful. Storage will be a fun category I think and won’t have the bloat of the Socks category.
Speaking of storage: how about an update on my circular needle holder I bought (the clear expanding file thingy). I love it. It works really great. I’ve had minimal digging around to find needles. I can even put my new straight needles in the back of it since I bought short straight needles for Katie to use.
What’s Next?
I really finished the Poncho tonight. I wove in all my ends and it looks oh so pretty! Now I have to decide what to work on next. Mike’s secret-socks I’m sure. I’m on sock #2 and hopefully can plow through it quickly. I always carry two projects with me though. Hardangervidda is not good as a travel project these days. Katie’s Moss & Cables sweater? The new pair of socks for Katie? A pair of socks for me? Now that it’s cold I could really use a pair. I should get my act together and get started on those mittens or gloves I’ve been saying I want.

Congratulations on finishing the poncho. I can’t wait to see it in person. Katie is such a cute model.
