		<description>I have pleated blinds in many of my windows and they very nearly disappear when they're up.  Mine are Hunter-Douglas Duets and you can see them down here.  See the little bar at the top of each shade?  That holds all of the mechanism and the open shade stacks to somewhat less height than the bar.  They go inside the window frame, which really helps with the invisibility, too.



I don't seem to have a photo that shows them open and my camera and photo CDs are packed up, but when I get a chance I'll look for one.</description>
