Happy New Year

I spent a good portion of my new year’s eve writing documentation for Knit Visualizer 2.0. Yes, I am a party animal, aren’t I?

Here’s a sneak preview:

kv2.0modes

I’m working on explaining all of these modes and how they work.

Already explained in the manual is how you can do this:

It’s 59 pages and counting!

cool!!! It would be sooooo nice to have a little card with the most handy shortcuts/info (like fixing the aspect ratio to be true to knitting - nifty!) on it to keep next to the laptop…hint, hint, hint.

If I buy the current version– will there be an upgrade price or will I have to spend the full $130 again (ie: should I wait for the new version or buy now?)
    Thanks,
    Karen

I cannot wait for the new version of KV. I have the last version on my Mac and LOVE it. Its the only software I use for designing and I use it for all my charts.

    Happy New Year!

Ditto Karen’s question- I am soooo excited to begin with this, but should I wait and only have to pay for version 2, or will we be able to upgrade it for minimal cost? When do you anticipate having it done?

Ooh, I’m so excited to see the next version. I’ve been using the last version quite a bit. When do you think it will be ready? Do you need anyone to help test it? Also, one feature I’d love to see is better quality images - my charts come out kind of pixelated with the old version. Just wondering if you’ve addressed that at all with this new version (or maybe I’m just not using the old version correctly?) But I don’t mean to sound negative - I really do love the software and used it recently for the first 2 patterns I’ve offered for sale.
